There’s so much good music out there and new artists that’re constantly popping up on the scene, it can be hard to keep up. SolidART believes in supporting artists even before “everyone else” does, so we’ve made a list of creators on the rise to make that easier for you. You can thank us later, for now, check out these Artists to Watch:
Devy Stonez is an edgy rap mix of Southern ostentation, East Coast sensibility and West Coast soul. Last year, he delivered his first EP and one of his dopest projects, Stepping Stonez. Devy kept the heat coming with his latest EP, titled Rolling Stonez (available on iTunes). His top tracks “Slow It Down“, “Last Summer” (posted below) and “Talkin’ Bout” have made him a force to be reckoned with on the Dallas scene. Stonez has even performed with the likes of Migos, Chief Keef and Big Sean. He’s accomplished so much in so little time and we don’t expect him to slow down anytime soon!

BLUE, THE MISFIT.
Producer, artist and DJ, Blue, The Misfit. is a multi-talented beat wizard turned rap marauder and is most definitely one of Dallas, TX’s gems. He’s experimentally care free and fun, but also vunerable and relateable. Every track he creates and produces has its own identity and every song has its own dimension.
His full length album Child in the Wild dropped in 2014 and he’s worked with multiple artists and DJed many events since then, helping make his mark on the Dallas and Cali scene as the creative artist that he is. Don’t just take our word for it, check his videowith Sam Lao and Slim Gravy to witness his artistic abilities for yourself! A completely different type of musician, TYE’s sound is a very versatile mixture of all sorts of music ranging from rap to opera. The way in which he puts everything together is something magical. All of his life, TYE has been heavily influenced by music and you can not only hear, but feel it, especially when he performs. Like his personality and live shows, his video for song “Eddie Murphy” is LIT.
